Chiefs at Steelers
(NFL) Chiefs (KC) vs. Steelers (PIT),
Point Spread: 3.00 | -115.00 Steelers (PIT) (Home)
Result: Loss
With no room for error to stay atop the AFC North, the Steelers are almost in a must-win situation if they want to host a game in the wild card round. Though KC has covered its last two, laying three points or more still seems a risky move with the Chiefs, who dropped seven straight vs. the spread prior to the past two weeks vs. the bumbling Browns and the weakening Texans. Patrick Mahomes is playing but maybe at something less than 100%, and the KC penchant for playing games down to the wire makes it risky business to lay points...any points. A bit disappointing for Steel to lose the last two weeks at Philly and Baltimore, but keep in mind that Mike Tomlin is still 14-5 his last 19 as an underdog and both of those games were on the road. The Steelers have won and covered all four of their home games with Russell Wilson at QB, and Russ beat the Chiefs the last time he faced them (with the Broncos) a year ago. Play Steelers
