This is a 1* FREE PLAY on the OVER Rangers/Orioles.

Both teams rank in the middle or bottom third at the plate and on the mound this season, but these two starting pitchers have been consistently terrible all year.

The Rangers hand the ball to Glenn Otto, who is 4-4 with a 5.63 ERA, and who owns a poor 35 to 29 strikeout to walk ratio.

And then the Orioles counter with Sammy Watkins, who is 1-1 with a 4.61 ERA and poor 23-17 strikeout to walk ratio.
