Two AFC East rivals meet up in week one when the New England Patriots head south to the Sunshine State to tangle with Miami Dolphins. New England finished last season at 10-7. Mac Jones will once again lead the offense after throwing for 3,801 yards, with 22 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson combined for over 1,500 rushing yards last year. The Miami Dolphins are looking to improve on their 9-8 record from a season ago. Tua Tagovailoa should be better this season after throwing for 2,653 yards, with 16 touchdowns and 10 interceptions last season. They added Chase Edmonds to go with Raheem Mostert in the backfield. The biggest aquisition had to be bringing in Tyreke Hill from Kansas City to give Tua a legit downfield threat. New England is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games against the AFC. Miami is 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 division games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games. The Patriots have struggled when playing in Miami and the Dolphins improved their roster in an effort to make a playoff run. New England will rely on their defense to win games this season but this Dolphins offense is a tall task to face in week 1. I think this line is a little on the low-side to take the Dolphins.

Play on Miami.
