MNF 9 "ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL"
(NFL) Minnesota vs. Philadelphia,
Point Spread: 2.50 | -105.00 Minnesota (Away)
Result: Loss
Both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Minnesota Vikings came away with wins in week one. The Vikings took care of the Green Bay Packers 23-7. Kirk Cousins threw for 277 yards with 2 touchdowns and no interceptions. Justin Jefferson had 9 catches for 184 yards and 2 touchdowns. p Philadelphia took care of the Lions 38-35. 6. But quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for 243 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown. Miles Sanders added 96 yards and a touchdown on the ground. AJ Brown had10 catches for 155 yards. The Eagles are 3-14 ATS in their last 17 games in September while the Vikings are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in September.

The Eagles did get a win in week one but it wasn't all pretty. The Lions were able to put up 35 points on the Eagles' defense. The Vikings have the weapons all over the field to do the same or more if the Eagles don't tighten up the defensive side. Cousins is 6-3 against Philadelphia in his career and 2-0 with Minnesota. He has thrown for 21 touchdowns to six interceptions in his nine career games against the Eagles. The Eagles defense did not look good against the Lions' passing game last week. Minnesota’s weapons are much more explosive than the Lions’, I think the Eagles will struggle to slow down Cousins, Jefferson, Cook, and the rest of the Vikings' offense.

Play on Minnesota.
