Both the LA Rams and the San Francisco 49ers have been a disappointment to this point of the season. The 49 ers are 3-4 this season while the defending Champs, are just 3-3. San Francisco has owned the Rams in recent history, beating them in 7 out of their last 8 matchups.
Right now the 49 ers are better on both sides of the ball. They score more points and allow fewer points than the Rams do. The addition of Christian McCaffrey gives them not only a threat to run the ball but also out of the backfield as a receiver. Deebo may not play in this one but Aiyuk, and Kittle have been solid in the passing game. The one position the Rams usually have an advantage at is quarterback but Stafford has not played well this season. In their first game of the season, the Rams were unable to move the ball and their rushing attack hasn't gotten any better. The 49ers will continue to own the Rams.
