Philadelphia led the series 2-1, but that momentum was short-lived and the Astros are now one win away from clinching their second title in the last six years. The Phillies were no-hit n game four and lost game 5 3-2. The Phillies will look to stay in the series by sending Zack Wheeler to the mound. Wheeler pitched in Game 2, giving up four runs in five innings. Houston went into the City of Brotherly Love and took their heart. The Astros will send Framber Valdez to the mound looking for the clinching win. . He started Game 2 allowing one earned run in 6.1 innings. Wheeler struggled in his last start and Houston will be rocking Saturday night. The Phillies' offense has picked the wrong time to go into a team-wide slump. The Astros have one of their top pitchers on the mound and their offense has been getting the key hits when needed. The Phillies pen was used a lot in game five and if Wheeler doesn't go deep they could be in real trouble. I will be looking for the Astros to raise the trophy tonight.
