In an early battle of the Blue Bloods, Duke takes on defending National Champs Kansas. Both teams will be without their head coaches from last season, but for different reasons. Mike Krzyzewski retired after last season and Bill Self is suspended for this game. Duke is still Duke and just releads will talented freshman. Kansas returns key players from last season but without Self on the bench for this one, I give Duke an advantage on the bench. Duke comes into this game 4th in offensive efficiency and 34th in defensive efficiency while Kansas is 14th in offensive efficiency and 10th in defensive efficiency this season. Both teams have been playing to the under this season and I think defense will be the rule for this one as Duke is trying to see what they have in their freshman stars.
