Coming off a bye week, I predict an upset in Charlottesville, with the Tar Heels imposing their will on the ground (30th nationally in rush yards/game). The Cavaliers are soft against the pass (121st in passing yards allowed), so expect the UNC ground game to open up play-action.

The Cavaliers are 4-3, but that's more about scheduling than talent, as their defense has been suspect this year (107th in total yards and 80th in points allowed per game). Their wins came over FCS Richmond, 3-4 Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina and a Boston College team that just got stomped by Virginia Tech. I predict a letdown from the home team, who may be overlooking the Tar Heels with more important road games at Pittsburgh and Notre Dame up next before a home clash with 22nd-ranked SMU and a road rivalry game vs. VA Tech.
