Result: Win
Scoff at these starting pitchers if you will, but they've been pitching pretty well.

Chad Kuhl is below the radar after a bad start. However, he's posted a 2.93 ERA during his last eight starts. He'll hold an element of surprise since the Blue Jays have never faced him. Kuhl has a 2.70 ERA in four interleague starts.

Toronto is without catcher Russell Martin, who went on the DL Saturday after suffering a strained left oblique.

J.A. Happ has been quietly turning his season around. He's held 10 of his last 11 opponents to three earned runs or less. He is 2-0 with a 1.42 ERA this month.

The Pirates have a key injury, too. Gregory Polanco is bothered by a left hamstring injury and highly unlikely to play. This would turn into a cluster injury outfield problem for the Pirates if Andrew McCutcheon has to sit out a second straight day after leaving Friday's game with a left knee injury.

Keep in mind, too, that Sunday often is a day for some regulars to be rested.

(Editor's note: Stephen Nover cashed his Baseball Underdog Game of the Week on Saturday with the Diamondbacks and is 12-3 for 80 percent on his Canadian Football League plays this season. Stephen has both a baseball and CFL play going today in addition to this free selection. So don't miss these guaranteed winners!)
