Point Spread: -3.50 | -110.00 West Virginia (Home)
Result: Loss
I didn't find it that shocking when 15th-ranked Auburn lost to Texas A&M, 79-63, as a short home favorite this past Wednesday. I consider the Tigers highly overrated. They are 16-4, but have yet to play the other elite teams in the SEC - Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.

The Tigers are 5-3 on the road. This will be Auburn's toughest road test, meeting West Virginia in Morgantown, W.Va. as part of the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. I expect the Tigers to flunk it.

West Virginia is a deceiving 12-8, having lost five games by single-digits. The Mountaineers would have a much better record if they played in any other conference instead of the loaded Big 12.

The Mountaineers rank in the top 28 in adjusted offense and are 37th in adjusted defense. They are a well-rounded team, a level higher than Auburn. So I find this point spread to be too short.
