The New Orleans Pelicans have won four straight and seven of their last eight, the most recent a 115-113 triumph over Houston. DeMarcus Cousins went down with a torn Achilles tendon in that game and will most likely miss the rest of the season, but I expect the rest of the team to rally and step up their game tonight. The Pels defeated the Clippers 111-103 here at Smoothie King Center back in November and the Clippers had lost three straight prior to a 109-100 win at Memphis on Friday.
