The Philadelphia Phillies are coming off a 5-4 victory over Baltimore on Thursday while the Marlins had a day off after their 5-4 triumph over NL Central-leading Milwaukee on Wednesday. Over is 10-4 in Marlins last 14 games following an off day, and I think we'll see a slug-fest here in the opener of a three-game set.

Miami left-hander Wei-Yin Chen (2-6, 6.14 ERA) is 1-3 with a 4.02 ERA in six career appearances versus the Phillies and he was tagged with seven runs in 4 1/3 innings at Washington his last time out. Philly right-hander Jake Arrieta (6-6, 3.47 ERA) has been lit up by Miami this season, giving up nine runs (eight earned) through 7 2/3 innings of work. Over is 5-2-1 in Arrieta's last eight road starts.
