This is a much anticipated series. Calgary is the better team and I see the Flames getting this Game 1 victory at home. I thought the price would be higher on the Flames so I'm getting involved.
Calgary beat Edmonton the past two times they met - back in March - by a combined six goals. The Flames finished with the best shot attempt percentage in the NHL. Calgary had to deal with a hot Dallas goalie Jake Oettinger in its last series. The Oilers don't have that type of stellar goaltending.
Edmonton superstar Leon Draisaitl is dealing with an ankle injury. So he's unlikely to be 100 percent.
