The Golden Knights have been a huge early-season surprise going 9-2, tied for the most points in the NHL with Boston. Las Vegas is coming off consecutive overtime victories nipping the Jets, 2-1, this past Sunday and then coming-from-behind to edge the Capitals, 3-2, two days ago on the road.

I see the Golden Knights' luck running out here, though.

Ottawa is 4-1 at home. The Senators have beaten some good teams at home, too, with victories against the Bruins, Capitals and Stars.

The Senators are not in a fat and happy mood like the Golden Knights. The Senators are on a three-game losing streak that they nearly snapped against the Lightning on the road two days ago. Ottawa led Tampa Bay, 3-2, midway through the third period before the Lightning rallied to pull out a 4-3 victory.

So expect an all-out, intense effort from the Senators at home here.
