I'm playing on PHOENIX. Give the Clippers a ton of credit for coming back (twice) and getting this far. The first game of this series is going to be tough though. That's b2b times they've been pushed to the brink. Since 5/28, they've played 11 hard-fought emotional games. Over the same span, the Suns have played seven games. While its possible, Phoenix has a bit of early rust (I don't expect that to be the case) from a longer layoff, ultimately, the time off and fewer games played will benefit the Suns today. I even like the fact that its an afternoon game - just that much less time since LA's emotional win on Friday night. It appears likely that Paul won't be able to go, as of this writing. That's a blow, of course. However, Phoenix still has more than enough to take care of the Kawhi-less Clippers. The Suns have steamrolled the competition thus far. While I do expect them to receive a tougher test from the Clippers, I don't expect it to come today. The Suns are 39-24-2 ATS as favorites. Expect them to improve on those stats this afternoon.
