CFL - Ottawa allowed only 12 points but a ton of yardage in their week one win. Then they had a bye last week. That sets this defense up to get blasted here by a Saskatchewan team off a 2-0 start to the season and averaging 31.5 points per game. Of course the Roughriders are a double digit favorite here for a reason. Where the simulation report says there is the best value for making a play here is the over as this one should feature plenty of points.
