CFL - The odds makers, per the simulation report, have had to over-adjust the totals in games early on and it has resulted in value on the over in a match-up like this one. The games have trended under so far this season so then you get a game like this that should have a high O/U but instead is in the low-40s. Per the simulation report, this will prove to be too low. BC had one very strong game defensively but allowed an average of 27 points per game in their other two games. Ottawa has played just 2 games and allowed 23 points last week but it easily could have been much more as they allowed 400 yards of offense.
