Major
(NFL) Pittsburgh vs. San Diego,
Point Spread: -3.50 | -107.00 San Diego (Home)
Result: Loss
Yes the Steelers could easily be 3-1 but losing to a sinking Baltimore team is not pretty just because you blame it on your former kicker. Mike Vick was decent in his debut as a Steeler, but look for the point of diminishing return as Pittsburgh goes cross-country to play a team in which the home team is 4-0 straight up in their games.

The Steelers are 18-37 straight up in California or Washington state, including 1-3 in the playoffs. Over the past 30 years, they are 7-17 in the Pacific time zone, including a current five-game losing streak and only one victory since 2000.

Head coach Tomlin is 0-3 on the West Coast as a head coach.

On the current roster, only James Harrison, Ben Roethlisberger, Miller and Greg Warren have won as Steelers in California or at Seattle.
