OKC is making itself hard to ignore by breaking from the gate a blazing 5-0 after last night's 137-114 romp over the Blazers at Portland. This after posting the best defensive numbers in the league the first four games of the season. While OKC already dealt with a back-to-back easily last weekend, thrashing the Hawks 24 hours after whipping the Bulls, the early slate has broken favorably, and this one might not come so easy at the new Intuit Dome. The Clippers have fallen short a few times but have battled every foe on near-even terms in a challenging early-season slate, even as their ledger currently reads the odd 0-3 at their new home and 2-0 on the road. Ty Lue is hoping to have found a spark off the bench in Kevin Porter, Jr, who has scored double-digits in each of the past two games, and the Clips have stayed within six points in all games thru the first week.
