Browns at Saints
(NFL) Browns (CLE) vs. Saints (NO),
Point Spread: 1.50 | -105.00 Saints (NO) (Home)
Result: Win
They're still not at full strength, as key wideout Chris Olave remains sidelined, but the Saints do have Derek Carr back at QB, Alvin Kamara in the lineup at RB, and a bit more spring in their step after breaking that 7-game skid last week vs. the Falcons in the first game for interim HC Darren Rizzi. Still a long way to go for New Orleans to get back in the playoff mix (the 5-4 Niners are currently in the last wild card place; 'Nawlins is 3-7), but perhaps the Saints are simply dur a change in fortune after losing three games in the last minute during the slump, when of course Carr was also out for multiple games. Besides, who are the 2-7 browns to be laying points on the road? Cleveland has had a dysfunctional look all season, lacking on-field leadership that neither Deshaun Watson nor Jameis Winston seem able to provide. For "Famous Jameis" he's back in the Superdome, where he called home in recent seasons, but his effort the last time we saw the Browns two weeks ago vs. the Chargers underlined his risks, tossing 3 picks in the 27-10 loss.
