Miami at Virginia Tech 7:30 ET
Hokies (+) over Hurricanes- Two sub-par versions of programs that have seen better days as Virginia Tech host the Miami Hurricanes in what was once a 'big matchup.' The Hokies do have one gold star for their upset win over Ohio State while Miami has fallen hard against strong competition and dominated the weaklings. Both clubs are 1-2 in ACC play with Tech holding a 8-3 series edge having won the last three meetings at home by an average of 19 points. The Hokies are expecting the return of top running back Marshawn Williams who will battle it out with Miami's Duke Johnson. Look for Tech to surprise the Canes with enough passes to covert a win.
