This is a 10* ASSASSIN on Louisiana Lafayette.

After three straight wins, I think that UAB finally falters here. The Blazers were 11.5 point favorites and destroyed WKU 37-14 in their latest action.

Louisiana was a nine-point favorite in its last outing, but it got upset by the red hot Coastal Carolina Chanticleers last weekend.

Overall the Cajuns have played well on both sides of the ball, averaging 28 PPG and conceding 23.3. Elijah Mitchell has 249 rushing yards and four TD's, while Levi Lewis had 896 passing yards, five TD's and four INT's.

UAB averages 33 PPG and it allows 20.6. QB Bryson Lucero had 793 passing yards, seven TD's and four INT's.

Both teams are hot. The Cajuns had a hiccup last week, but that was against a buzzsaw in the Chanticleers. Look for Louisana Lafayette to pull off the minor upset here as they catch UAB content and flat-footed.
