The Chiefs should really be 2-0. They have played some strong football yet they blew the game last week at Denver with a couple costly turnovers and a coaching snafu by Andy Reid. We don't think there will be any letdown here after that game. All media reports indicate the Chiefs are very focused and have put that game behind them. This team seems to be in a very good state mentally, and we think they come to play in this game. As a group we handicapped this line and came up with a consensus number of 4.5 for this game. We think the Packers are a better team and home-field advantage is in play. But we also think Kansas City is one of the top teams in the AFC and that they are not far behind the Packers. And they should be extremely motivated here. Kansas City always plays well in this series. Even though these teams meet only once every four years, KC has won and covered in six of seven meetings. And we can't forget the last time these squads met in 2011 when a lousy Chiefs team ruined the Packers dream season with their only loss of the regular season. We think this is a very public line and there is a very good chance that this one is a field goal game. We think the worst-case scenario is a push here at +7 for the road team.
