Nick Pivetta has been really good as of late. He’s allowed just two runs over his last two starts in 15 innings. Cal Quantrill has been ordinary at times. Quantrill gave up 10 hits and five runs in his last start and has given up four homers in his last three starts. Boston hit him hard in his last start against them in September (5 runs, 6 IP, 3 homers).The Red Sox won six of eight against Cleveland last season.
