ECU is coming off an easy win over USF after losing at a bad Navy team in double overtime. Tulane has QB Michael Pratt back from an injury where he missed last week’s win over Houston and r-freshman Kai Horton won it for them. Even if he can’t go, Horton threw three TD passes last week and is fine. Tulane’s defense is number one against the pass and they face an outstanding passing team. ECU is marginal on defense. Take the Green Wave to continue their strong play.
