Oregon is still No. 12 in the CFP after losing to Washington at home last week. That broke an eight-game winning streak so it was a bit of a shocker, but Washington has a great passing game. Cameron Rising is a good QB for Utah but is not Michael Penix. It will be more of a running contest with the weather being under 40 degrees and Oregon is much better against the run than they are against the pass. This is a revenge game for the Ducks after losing 38-10 last season in the Pac-12 title game.
