South Florida likes to run as they are 96th in the nation in tempo by averaging 70.8 possessions a night this season. The Bulls have cracked the 80-point mark twice in their first four games this season and haven't been held below 71 at this point. Portland tends to give up points by the truckload: they have finished in the bottom quadrant of all the Division I schools in points allowed per possession in three of the last four seasons. This year so far, they have improved slightly, but we've seen them give up more than 76 points a game on the year and even that number is helped by holding Long Beach State to 61 their last time out. South Florida ends up in the low 80s to help this one over the number.
