With a spread like this, obviously the oddsmakers think these teams are pretty evenly matched. Each has followed a similar pattern this year, going 0-2 to open, followed by a solid victory last weekend. Each of their losses they were competitive as well.

The Hawkeyes have dominated this series over the last five years. The Gophers got a career performance out of Mohamed Ibrahim last weekend, as he had 224 yards and four touchdowns. I simply don't see a repeat performance here and that's going to be the difference.

Look for the Gophers to once again regress vs. this superior competion this weekend and lay the points!
