This is a 10* BLOWOUT on Penn State.

Penn State got off the schneid with a 27-17 road win over Michigan and I like it to bury Rutgers here as well after its slow start.

Last year the Nittany Lions won this game 27-6 and I expect a similar style blowout here as well.

Sean Clifford finally bounced back with a decent performance last week for Penn State, going for 163 yards passing, along with 73 yards rushing and a score on the ground.

The Nittany Lions defense was also great, holding the Wolverines to just 286 yards.

Rutgers somehow managed a 37-30 win on the road over Purdue to breaka four-game slide, but I believe a predictable return to mediocrity is in the cards today for the home side.

Rutgers is struggling on the defensive end. They are allowing 434.7 yards per game with 260.2 passing yards and 174.5 rushing yards.

Rutgers has QB issues right now and it's just 2-6 ATS in its last eight after scoring 35 points or more in a SU/ATS victory in its last outing.

I'm laying the points and expecting a blowout!
