This is a 10* EAST-CONFERENCE UNDERDOG OF THE MONTH on the Charlotte Hornets.

With a home game against Memphis tomorrow night, I think the 2-0 Nets get caught looking ahead and take the foot off the gas in the second half of this one.

Brooklyn has looked great in the early going, but one has to wonder if Steve Nash is going to rest his super stars a bit tonight vs. the lowly Hornets.

Charlotte is 0-2 and while it clawed back to tie OKC late last night, the Hornets did eventually lose 109-107. Normally I don't like playing on a team in the second game of a back-to-back scenario, but the only time that I do like doing that is at the start of the season, as fatigue just isn't an issue for these profesional athletes at this point.

With two whole nights off before a game at Dallas, the home side has nothing to look forward to either.

I'm grabbing the points and expecting this contest to be closer than what Las Vegas is trying to lead us to believe.
