This is a 10* WESTERN-CONFERENCE TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the OVER Kings/Stars.
I base almost all of my Over/Under picks (in every sport) upon "situations."
I think this is a great time/spot to pull the trigger on the OVER.
Dallas is just 2-2, but it's seen the total go UNDER in all four games. And that's significant, because the Stars have seen the total go OVER the number in eight of their last 11 after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.
The Stars return home here for the first time as well, as all four games have been on the road to this point, including in their uplifting 2-1 shootout win at Pittsburgh on the 19th.
LA won't be lacking for motivation here either after back-to-back losses (both unders) as well.
In my opinion, the trends, numbers AND the overall situation all point to the OVER as the correct call in this one.
