I think this is a great situational total.
The Chiefs managed a 31-13 win in the Nation's capital two weeks ago, but they looked impotent in last week's 27-3 loss at Tennessee.
The Chiefs are 3-4 are not favored in the AFC race anymore. They still have the talent to turn things around though. This is the first real adversity that Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid have had to deal with as far as winning and losing is concerned over the last few years, but I believe they can respond in a big way against this suspect Giants defense.
New York comes in off a rare awesome defensive performance as well, beating the Panthers 25-3. Suffiec it to say, we don't expect lightning to strike twice for the G-Men on the defensive end of the field this weekend.
New York's passing game is decent though, averaging 260.6 YPG. It allowed 275.7 YPG though through the air.
The Chiefs are conceding 404.4 YPG this season. They've also committed 17 turnovers.
Kansas City has scored just 44 points over its last two home games, so I expect Mahomes to come out with a chip on his shoulder here.
I say KC keeps the foot on the gas from the opening kick off, until the final whistle.
Look for this one to fly OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
