The Lakers had seen the total go OVER the number in four straight before their 116-108 loss at the Pelicans in their most recent outing.

LA is in danger of missing the "play in" tournament if it can't start a new big win streak here. To do that, it'll have to get out and push the pace on the road against the Mavericks.

LA plays with revenge here after a 109-104 loss at home to Dallas on March 1st, and note that the Lakers have seen the total go OVER in eight of their last 11 in trying to revenge a SU home loss against an opponent.

Dallas has won three of its last four, but it's seen the total go UNDER in four straight.

Note though that the Mavericks have seen the total go OVER the number in six of their last eight after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.

With a tough four-game Eastern swing starting in Cleveland tomorrow night, I expect the home side to really push the pace tonight.
