10* TOP TOTAL - 32-17 (+$13K) L17 DAYS!
(MLB) Toronto vs. NY Yankees,
Total: 8.50 | 103.00 Over
Result: Win
Total: 8.50 | 103.00 Over
Result: Win
This is a 10* TOP TOTAL on the OVER Jays/Yankees.
These are supposed to be two of the biggest hitting line-ups, not only in the American League, but in all of baseball.
So far this series has been dominated by pitching.
However, we're expecting that trend to end here and now.
Toronto won the first game by a score of 3-0, before New York bounced back in yesterday's 4-0 victory.
The Jays have seen the total go UNDER in three of five this season, while the Yankees have seen the total go UNDER in four of five this year, including in four straight.
Note that Toronto has seen the total go OVER in seven of its last nine in trying to revenge a shutout road loss against an opponent though.
Jose Berrios gets the nod for the Jays, while Gerrit Cole gets the call for the Yankees.
Berrios only lasted a third of an inning against the Rangers on Friday, allowing four earned runs on three hits and two walks.
Cole gave up three runs over four innings in a no-decision to the Red Sox in his debut. The Jays have hit Cole hard since he's been in New York with a .331/.378/.553 slash line.
I don't think either starter will last long, and while the first two games of this series have fallen well UNDER the number, all signs here finally point to more of a slug-fes in our opinion.
The play is the OVER.
Good luck, NP
