This is an 8* BLOCKBUSTER on the Patriots.

They say that Divisional contests are always the most important, and that they almost always mean more to the home side. But I expect an absolute battle until the final whistle in this Week 1 contest, so because of that I'll recommend to grab as many points as you can.

The Patriots were 10-7 last year and they'll be leaning on Mac Jones to take another big leap in his production under center. Last year he had 3,801 passing yards, 22 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.

The Dolphins were 9-8 last year. They haven't won a playoff game in over 20 years. Tua Tagovailoa neters his third year as QB for the Fish, under the first season of the Mike McDaniel era.

New England's defense was elite last season, and I believe it'll be a difference-maker here in Week 1.

Overall New England was ranked fifth in yards allowed (5.1), while the Dolphins offense ranked 29th in yards per play (4.8.)

While I do think an outright win is possible, my official call will be to grab as many points as you can with the PATRIOTS.
