Louisiana Tech is 2-3 this season, including 0-3 on the road. It's seen the total go OVER the total four of its five games overall this year, including in its 41-31 victory over UTEP last weekend.

North Texas is 3-3, including 2-1 at home. It's seen the total go OVER the number in four of its six games this season, including in four straight. Including in its most recent 45-28 home win over FAU on October 1st.

Will the week off between games throw a monkey wrench into the Mean Green's offensive chemistry?

I think it will!

Both teams are in the bottom ten in most defensive stats, but that's only helped in driving today's O/U line a few points higher than it normally should be.

This is an important early season Conference USA matchup and I'm expecting a much more defensive affair than what the oddsmakers are trying to lead us to believe.
