10* TOTAL BOOKIEKILLER - 30-18 L48 NFL!
(NFL) Pittsburgh vs. Miami,
Total: 44.50 | -112.00 Over
Result: Loss
Total: 44.50 | -112.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* TOTAL BOOKIEKILLER on the OVER Steelers/Dolphins.
It's a big game for both teams. The Dolphins looked like the team to beat after three weeks in the AFC East, but they enter this one at 3-3.
And Pittsburgh is 2-4. Neither team can afford another loss. Each has struggled on both sides of the ball this season. We've seen a lot of lower-scoring Prime-Time games in the NFL this year, but I think Sunday night's total is just a bit too low this week.
The Steelers bounced back last week to beat the Bucs 20-18. They'll have their hands full with Tua, who is expected to return this week. Kenny Pickett looked good for the Steelers under center last week. He entered concussion protocol, but practiced on Wednesday. Whether it's Pickett or Mitch Trubisky getting the start, Pittsburgh has no option this week but to push the pace and be the aggressor.
Pittsburgh looked great defensively last week despite missing three cornerbacks. That'll be more difficult to duplicate this week though with Tua, who was averaging 28 PPG over his first three games.
The oddsmakers are slow in recognizing a few key factors that I believe will help in pushing this total well OVER the posted number once it's all said and done.
Good luck, NP
