10* EAST-CONF. TOTAL OF WEEK - OFF WINNER!
(NBA) Atlanta vs. New York,
Total: 231.00 | 101.00 Under
Result: Win
Total: 231.00 | 101.00 Under
Result: Win
This is a 10* EAST-CONFERENCE TOW on the UNDER Hawks/Knicks.
Both teams have been playing to several higher-scoring games to open the season, but I'm finally expecting a bit more of a defensive affair here on Wednesday night.
The Hawks are 4-3 and the Knicks are 3-3.
Atlanta has seen the total go OVER the number in five straight now after back-to-back losses, most recently falling 139-109 at Toronto as a two-point dog.
That's signficant for us to note though, as the Hawks have seen the total go UNDER the number in five of their last six after playing to five or more straight OVERS in a row.
Atlanta enters the Big Apple, ready to double down defensively after back-to-back terrible road efforts.
The Knicks have seen the total go OVER the number in three straight, including in back-to-back losses, falling 121-108 at Cleveland most recently. Note though that New York has seen the total go UNDER the number in eight of its last 11 after playing to three or more straight ATS losses in a row.
I expect these hungry teams to battle tough, and ultimatley I look for this total to stay well UNDER this sky-high number.
Good luck, NP
