K-State is 1-0, and Cal is 0-1. I think the Golden Bears though will, at the very least, keep this one close enough to comfortably sneak in through the back door down the stretch.
The WIldcats hammered UT Rio Grande in their opener, while Cal fell to UC Davis by ten.
In K-State's 93-59 win, Keyontae Johnson scored 13 points.
In Cal's 75-65 loss to UC Davis, Devin Askew was a standout with 19 points and four assists, while Lars Thiemann had 17 points and eight rebounds in a losing cause.
Let's not overreact to either team's start. K-State is probably the better team, but I think this one will come down to whichever team has its hands on the ball last here tonight in the second game of the season.
