This is an 8* SUPER TOTAL on the OVER Jets/Kraken.

Both teams have been playing well this year, but each has been involved in several lower-scoring games of late. I expect those trends to end this evening though.

Winnipeg is 8-4-1 after its 3-2 loss at Calgary last night. The Jets though have interestingly seen the total go OVER the number in seven of their last ten coming off a loss in which they scored two or less goals in and playing the second game of a back-to-back. So here we are.

Seattle is a surprising 8-5-2. It's off a 1-0 loss here at home to Minnesota on Thursday, which is significant to note as the Kraken are have seen the total go OVER the number in four of their last five after a shutout home loss.

These offenses have been middle of the road. These team's goaltending and defense are ranked Top 10.

However, the overall situation, combined with the above strong ATS trends finally make the "OVER" the correct call in my opinion.
