Both teams have been playing to several lower-scoring games of late, but I believe the conditions are now right for more of an offensive affair.

Denver is 9-5 and Dallas is 8-6.

The Nuggets are 5-4 on the road, while the Mavericks are 7-2 at home.

Denver is out to rebound after a poor 106-103 home loss to the Knicks. Note that the Nuggets have seen the total go "over" the number in eight of their last 11 after a SU/ATS home loss in which they were held to 105 or fewer points in.

Dallas fans can empathize. The Mavericks are off a poor 101-92 loss at home to the lowly Rockets. Dallas does only average 108.6 PPG this year, but note that the Mavericks have seen the total go OVER the number in six of their last seven after a SU/ATS home loss in which they were held to 95 or fewer points in.

Expect a much more wide-open affair than what the oddsmakers are trying to lead us to believe. The play is the UNDER.
