This is a 10* TOTAL OF THE WEEK on the OVER Jets/Pats.

Both teams have been playing to several lower-scoring games of late, including against each other back on October 30th when the Jets lost at home by a score of 22-17 as a 3-point favorite.

The Jets bounced back after that setback with a big 20-17 upset home win over the Bills as 11-point underdogs.

Clearly, this is another big divisional matchup for each side. There's plenty of story lines going on, but despite inclement weather, I believe this number is far too low.

New England is off a 26-3 win at home over Indianapolis. Note that the Pats have seen the total go OVER the number in seven of their last ten off a SU/ATS home win in which they held their opponent to nine or less points in.

Both teams come out of their respective bye weeks with a firm offensive game plan here.

I expect another tight battle, but one that flies OVER the posted number as the game comes down the stretch.
