Honestly, it wouldn't be too difficult to write a convincing argument for either of these great teams to win. And with a spread like this, the oddsmakers clearly believe these teams are evenly matched.
But that means that on a neutral field, that Tulane would be a -1.5 favorite.
As good as the Bearcats defense has been down the stretch, I think the Green Wave's depth on both sides of the ball will prove to be too much and while clearly I feel the outright win is a possibility, my official call will be to grab as many points as you can with TULANE.
