This is a 10* BOOKIEKILLER on the LA Lakers.
Off a 124-115 loss at Dallas, I think the Lakers will bounce back here and, at the very least, keep this one close enough to comfortably cover.
LA has now lost five straigth ATS, which is signficant to note here as the Lakers are in fact a near-perfect 5-1 ATS in their last six after five or more ATS losses in a row.
This game becomes extra important for the Lakers with a game at Miami the following night.
Orlando went into it's X-Mas break with a 133-113 home win over San Antonio, but I think that the extra time off here will finally throw a monkey wrench into the Magic's recent surge.
After ten straight ATS victories in a row, I say that streak finally comes to an end here. Finally note, the Magic have a game at Detroit the following night, making it a look ahead spot for the home side as well.
Whether LBJ plays or not, I like the LAKERS in this one.
