The Wolfpack finished fifth in the ACC Atlantic division, losing two of their last three to end the season.
The Terrapins locked down fourth sport in the Big Ten East, losing three of their final four games.
Taulia Tagovailoa has been great for the Terps, he has 21 TD's and nine INT's. Overall Maryland is solid defensively as well, allowing just 24.1 PPG.
Ben Finley will get the call under center for NC State, which has had to endure plenty of turmoil in the QB psotion. This uncertainty on the offensive side overshadows the fact that the Terps conceded just 19.4 PPG this year.
Tagovailoa is the differnce-maker for me. Note as well that Maryland is 6-1 ATS in its last seven vs. non-conference opponents.
