This is a 10* EAST-CONF TOM on the OVER Wings/Leafs.

Both teams have been playing to some lower-scoring games of late, but I'm finally expecting some offensive fireworks here in Toronto Saturday night.

The Wings are 7-6-4-0 on the road. They're off a 3-2 home loss to Florida. Detroit has now seen the total go UNDER in three straight, which is significant to note here in our case as the Wings have in fact seen the total go OVER the number in four of their last five after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.

Detroit also plays with added incentive of revenge here after a 4-2 loss at home to Toronto at the end of November. That total stayed UNDER the numer as well.

Toronto had seen the total go OVER the number in five straight unitl a 5-1 setback at home to Seattle last time out. Look for the Leafs to return to form here though at home, as note that Toronto has seen the total go OVER the number in eight of its last 11 off a home loss of four or more goals in which it was held to one or less goals in.

The stage is set for a wide-open SHOOT-OUT in my opinion. The play is the OVER.
