I think New York is playing much better at this moment. The Devils have absolutely started to regress after their unrealistic start to the season, having lost seven of their last ten after a 5-3 loss here to St. Louis last time out.

New York comes in off three straight victories, most recently smashing the Canadiens 4-1 in Montreal. The Rangers beat the Devils 4-3 at home in mid December, and I think they offer great value here with a small "plus money" return to do the same thing here on the road as well.
