This is a 10* BOOKIEKILLER on the Washington Wizards.

As a situational handicapper primarily. I like the way this one sets up for Washington.

The Wizards are only 17-24 this year, but they're 10-8 at home.

After five straight wins and covers, the Wizards have now lost three straight (both straight up and against the spread.)

Washington though is 7-2 against the spread in its last nine after three or more straight up and against the spread losses in a row.

Washington also plays with revenge here after falling 115-111 to the Bulls back in December.

And for Chicago, it's three-game win streak was snapped last time out in a 107-99 setback to Boston. The Bulls are just 19-22 overall this season, including only 8-13 on the road.

I don't trust the Bulls in this spot. They return home to face Oklahoma City on Friday night, so I say that this is basically a "trap" game here for Chicago on Wednesday.

Look for the WIZARDS to take advantage of home-floor.
