The bottom line here is that each team is equally motivated for wins. Each team is in a fight for one of the remaining wildcard spots, with lots of time still to go in the season. The home field advantage can't be overlooked as a very real deciding factor here though in our opinion. The Red Sox are just 26-26 on the road despite their recent success, while Seattle is 29-25 at home. Nick Piveta (7-5, 4.11 ERA) gets the nod for the Red Sox, while the Mariners counter with George Kirby (9-8, 3.49.) We're giving Kirby the nod here at home and at this price, we simply can't turn down Seattle in this spot.
