It's been a "down" year for Hill, but here's a great opportunity to take advantage of a weaker counterpart, as Lance Lynn has just been terrible this season. The Padres bounced back with a victory last night after a series-opening loss, and we expect that momentum to get carried over. That said, laying this reasonable mid-sized price for the extra 1.5 runs is the official call here.
